Yes! However, returns are subject to the retailer’s return policy and all goods should be returned directly to the retailer where the item was purchased. Please feel free to contact the Retailer where the item was bought or visit the retailer's website for details of their return policy. A return label should be included in your package, along with a return slip which can be used to send the item back to the retailer.
So we can make note of your return in our system, please be sure to notify us first of the return, either here on Intercom or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the return has been received and processed by the retailer, we will then notify you by email, intercom message or text of your return. We will then be able to process a transfer of savings to a different item or return the savings back to your bank account.
