Reel doesn't carry inventory. However, we only purchase items from retailers that sell authentic and new items. So once you complete saving with Reel, we place the order for you, and the retailer fulfills the order. The retailer is responsible for ensuring the quality and authenticity of the product.
Once you receive your item, if you have any problem with the quality of authenticity of your item, please reach out to our team at email@example.com and we are more than happy to assist in returning or exchanging the item for you.
