If you want to start saving from a different checking account, then you'll first have to remove the account that Reel is currently linked to.
When the account you are saving from changes, we need to cash out the entire balance of your Reel account to ensure the saved money is going back to the account it came from.
Follow these steps to change the bank account linked to your Reel account:
STEP 1: Once you're logged into your Reel account, click the "Profile" link in the top corner which will then take you to your Profile page.
STEP 2: Once you have reached your Profile page, you want to then click the "Bank Info" link on the left side of the account page under your first & last name.
STEP 3: On the next page, you will see your bank name and last four digits of the bank account number you've previously connected. To remove the info you will then click the "Change bank account" link.
STEP 4: You will then see a pop up letting you know once the bank account info is removed your active reels will be paused. On this pop up message is where you want to click the purple "remove bank" option.
STEP 4: Now that you have removed your bank account info, we will remove the account number from our end and within 24 hours you will be able to add your new bank account number, when you create a new Reel for a new item.
