We are so sorry to hear your Reel doesn't fit but don't worry we will get you the right size in no time. Please contact the customer success team through the live chat (9:30 PST - 5:30 PST M-F), the help center or send us an email at hello@joinreel.com so they can initiate the return or exchange with the retailer and send you a return label or receipt for the item.
To exchange the item, you can either send the unused item back to the retailer or exchange the item in person at the store.
If the item is shipped back to the retailer, once we receive confirmation the item has been shipped back to the retailer and the refund has been processed, your personal shopper will replace the item for you in the correct size, color or style you want to exchange for.
