You can now manage the payment method of an existing Reel. Follow these steps to change the payment source linked to your Reel account:
STEP 1. To start saving from a different payment source for an existing Reel, you will first have to add the Debit card to file on your Profile > Account Details. We recommend keeping both Debit and Bank account on file to ensure your Reels remain active.
STEP 2. Once added to file, you can then navigate to the Manage tab on My Reels for the specific Reel.
STEP 3. Then select the Payment Source option.
STEP 4. Confirm the Payment Source and voila!!! You can always flip back to your original payment method following the same steps above.
Since debit transactions are faster to process you'll see them reflect on your Reel almost immediately. You can track them by going to the Savings tab on your active Reel. Keep in mind that if there are any payment issues with your card your Reel will be automatically paused, and you'll get an email asking you to look into the status of your debit card before you can resume saving.
